DNSSEC

The Domain Name System Security Extensions (DNSSEC) ensure the authenticity of DNS transactions and prevent attacks such as cache poisoning. Cache poisoning can be used by criminals to direct website requests to external servers. This technique is therefore used in preparation for so-called phishing, which is used to read access data and other personal information.
